If you are not using Minecraft Forge, you will need to download the Non-Forge Edition of ShadersModCore. Click here to visit the download page.

However the Non-Forge Edition jar is actually an installer and the ShadersModCore jar is bundled inside it:

• Once you have downloaded ShadersMod-vX.X.XXmcX.X.XX-installer.jar you will need to open the jar using WinRAR, 7-Zip or an appropriate archival tool for your platform

  

• Inside the jar you will see a multiple files, indentify the ShadersModeCore jar and extract the jar to your versioned mods folder (eg. for Minecraft 1.8 extract to .minecraft/mods/1.8/
• Close your archival tool and launch the game, LiteLoader will now load the ShadersModCore tweak automatically.
