Chat Bubbles is a mod that displays things other players say above their heads in a chat bubble, like some MMORPGs. Works on most multiplayer servers, but if a server has a super customized format for chat lines that is far enough away from normal it may not work on that server. The Taciturn mod gives you the ability to mute/unmute anyone you want to on any multiplayer server, or singleplayer LAN server. This is a liteloader mod for minecraft 1.9, 1.9.4 and 1.10.x based on a feature in Not Enough Items.
